WELCOME
Guided by the balance of Yin and Yang—the energizing light of the sun (sol) and the restorative calm of the moon (luna)—Soluna Massage and Bodywork honors both movement and stillness within each person.
I believe healing comes through the integration of body, mind, and spirit, supporting your natural capacity for balance and well-being.

Hi! I’m Nicole, the owner of Soluna Massage and Bodywork. I graduated with honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Massage Therapy.
I am passionate about helping others feel more at home in their bodies by creating space for ease and balance through therapeutic, client-centered bodywork.
Get to Know Me
My practice is rooted in both personal experience and professional training. After multiple whiplash injuries and years of chronic pain, I experienced lasting relief through holistic modalities such as acupuncture, massage therapy, and chiropractic care. These experiences shaped my approach to bodywork—one that honors the body’s natural ability to heal and seeks to restore balance through intentional, therapeutic methods.
As a practitioner, my intention is to create a space where your body feels supported, your mind can unwind, and your whole self is invited to heal. I strive to create a safe, supportive, inclusive space for healing through intuitive heart-centered bodywork. My integrative approach weaves together modalities such as Swedish-Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, Reflexology, and Thai Yoga Massage Therapies—with each session thoughtfully tailored to meet your individual needs. (I offer these modalities as stand-alone treatments as well if you love them and want more!) Each session is uniquely shaped around you, offering support that promotes lasting wellness and alignment while nurturing resilience and self-empowerment.
Whether you are navigating stress, chronic conditions, trauma recovery, or simply seeking a deeper sense of balance, I meet you where you are with care and compassion. With an intuitive understanding of the mind-body connection and deep respect for the body’s innate wisdom, I work with you to balance the body, ground the spirit, and foster deep relaxation.
