Through light touch or intention alone, Reiki clears energetic blockages, eases stress, and invites a deep sense of peace and renewal — helping you reconnect with your body's natural capacity to heal. Distance Reiki Healing doesn't require you to be in the room. Distance Reiki uses focused intention and traditional Reiki techniques to support your nervous system, emotional balance, and recovery — wherever you are. During a session you may rest, meditate, or go about your day while the work takes place. Those receiving often notice deep relaxation, emotional release, mental clarity, improved sleep, and a greater sense of ease.
