Cancellation/No-Show Policy
At Soluna Massage and Bodywork, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
You may reschedule or modify your booking up to 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are considered late cancellations.

No-shows and late cancellations will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled session value.

This fee applies to all treatment lengths and must be paid before booking a future appointment.
